We provide a 48-hour health guarantee from the time you receive your puppy.

• You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery
• If a serious health issue is detected, you must notify us immediately with written documentation

If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious pre-existing condition, we may offer:

• A replacement puppy

• A partial/full refund (case-dependent)

🧬 1-YEAR GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

We offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee covering life-threatening hereditary conditions.

This includes:

• Severe genetic defects
• Hereditary illnesses that affect quality of life

Conditions must:

• Be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian
• Be proven to be genetic in nature

If confirmed, we will provide:
