At Elite Cane Corso Pups, we are committed to providing healthy, high-quality puppies and a transparent, trustworthy adoption experience. Due to the nature of live animals, our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.


๐Ÿพ ALL SALES POLICY

All puppy purchases are considered final once payment has been completed and the puppy has been reserved.

Because we deal with live animals that require care, bonding, and proper placement, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Family disagreements
  • Allergies discovered after purchase
  • Landlord or housing restrictions
  • Personal or financial reasons

We strongly encourage all buyers to be fully prepared before placing a deposit.


๐Ÿ’ณ DEPOSITS

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits are required to reserve a puppy
  • Once a puppy is marked as โ€œreserved,โ€ it is held exclusively for you

In certain cases, deposits may be transferred to another available puppy (at our discretion).


๐Ÿฉบ HEALTH GUARANTEE REFUNDS

We stand behind the health of our puppies.

A refund or replacement may be considered ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The puppy is diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening genetic condition
  • Diagnosis must be made by a licensed veterinarian
  • Written proof must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the puppy
  • A second veterinary opinion may be required

If verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement puppy from a future litter
    OR
  • A partial or full refund (case-dependent)

๐Ÿšš SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Once a puppy has been shipped or delivered, the sale is final
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather, or third-party transport services

๐Ÿ“ฆ FAILED DELIVERY / CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE

If a customer fails to receive the puppy at the agreed delivery time/location:

  • Additional fees may apply
  • Refunds will not be issued

โš ๏ธ HEALTH CHECK RESPONSIBILITY

Buyers are required to:

  • Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery
  • Report any serious health concerns immediately

Failure to do so may void any health-related claims.
